A new feature that has arrived in MicrosoftOutlook is the TighterSpacing feature. What does this feature do? It lets us decide if we want to use more space between MessageItems that arrive in our Inbox, or to use a TighterLayout with the result of seeing more Messages in our Inbox. To find out how to use the Relaxed or TighterLayout in MicrosoftOutlook just keep on reading the post below.
In the next image we can see in our Inbox and how our Messages arrive. We notice also the available space that is between our Messages in our Inbox.
How To Configurate Spacing On Mac Email Account To send a file with your e-mail, click the Attach button. In the window that appears, select the file you have in mind from the appropriate folder on your hard drive. Outlook 2016 provides you with a way to add voting buttons to the emails you send. When you add voting buttons, people who read the message can vote for options that you give in the email. You get the votes returned to you as a special email message. The spacing between paragraphs is usually bigger than the spacing between regular text lines. In HTML tag is used to start a new paragraph, whereas tag to move one line down. Unfortunately, Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013 as well as 2016 violate this rule and, from the perspective of a user writing a new message, there is no difference if.
We must select the View tab and then locate the area of the Ribbon named Layout as shown in the image below. Once located we select the command UseTighterSpacing as shown below, and this will Reduce The Amount Of Space Between Message List Items To Show More Messages.
In the next image I have selected the command Use Tighter Spacing from the Layout area of the View tab, where we can notice that more Messages appears in the ListsItems. The space between the Messages has been reduced, with the result more Message to appear.
Relaxed or TighterLayout, it is up to us to decide what we are more comfortable with.

Spacing In Outlook
When viewing the plain text email signature in Microsoft Outlook, everything looks fine.
But when received and viewed by recipients, the carriage returns are removed, making the email signature difficult to read.
The plain text example is very simple and straightforward:
When viewing the message in the Outlook inbox, it would come out like so:
Note how the carriage returns between each of the lines has been removed.

The plain text example is very simple and straightforward:
When viewing the message in the Outlook inbox, it would come out like so:

The behavior is not due to the code that generates the email, but rather how Outlook displays a message. (For instance, Gmail shows the carriage returns as you'd expect.) Outlook strips out what it identifies an unnecessary carriage return.
If you open the email in Outlook you'll see a little informational bar at the top of the email explaining that Outlook has removed extra line breaks and that you can click it to add them back in:
You can configure Outlook to never remove such carriage returns by going to Outlook Options, Mail and then unchecking 'Remove extra line breaks in plain text messages.'
- Of course, it's never a good strategy to tell your customers that the problem is on their end and that they need to do something to fix the problem.
- IT Pro: The good news is that you can use GPO (Group Policy) to untick the setting so that Outlook won't automatically remove the line breaks.
WORKAROUND if you don't know GPO (Group Policy)
Indent each line three or more spaces. Algorithm for chess program in python.

That will tell a receiving copy of Outlook not to mess with the line breaks.
